Torture Suspected Terrorists and their FAMILIES

We hereby petition the members of the U.S. Congress, as representatives of the people, to amend the Constitution of the United States, as necessary, to allow, advocate, condone, and encourage the torture of suspected Islamic militants and/or their families, in an effort to more consistently and easily obtain operational information relevant to the War on Terror.
