The internet is over-rated, boring, and stupid. In fact, the only thing that initially made it even remotely cool was the novelty factor and the geek chic props that we got for abusing it's priviledge before most of the other puds who we blame for ruining logged on and we got to make fun of them for picking stupid handles like doug95 and deathmaker666. The "filesharing boom" after that was kinda cool, there were those two maladjusted years that everyone spent wasting thier confused parent's cable or DSL connections downloading poorly "hacked" and trojaned software, mp3s, and mis-named pornography.
But in reality, that's all sort of played out now and for the most part the internet is complete bullshit and certianly not something that you can't live a few stupid days a week without. In fact WE feel that it is our duty to keep the internet safe for future generations to enjoy and in order to ensure the internet's survival and low-level elitism in it's current form, we the undersigned DEMAND that you turn the internet off during the weekends
