UFCW CONTRACT DISCLOSURE

In light of the repeated stumbling and unnecessary delays in negotiating the contract for UFCW Retail Clerks in Southern California, We have reason to believe our immediate needs and rights have been compromised in favor of an unprecedented "battle of wits" and leverage for political position and power. We feel this is both immoral and unjustified.The length of this dipute is characteristic and typical of parties who are inconsiderate of the lives that are affected due to their obstinence and unwillingness to talk. This "stagnated impasse" presents a Clear and Present threat to the physical mental and financial well-being to the membership. In order to shed light on,..as well as participate in expe- diting an equitible and timely resolve to this matter:... WE HEREBY PETITION THE LITIGAT ING PARTIES TO MAKE AVAILABLE TO THE UNION MEMBERSHIP THE RESPECTIVE PROPOSALS,..I N D E T A I L IN REGARD TO THE CONTRACT: FURTHER: WE PETITION THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA IN ALL ITS CAPACITY AND JURIDICTION, TO INTERVENE IN PROMPTING A FAIR SETTLEMENT IN THIS DISPUTE.
