Unethical Schedules

This petition was created to inform Delta Airlines IFS Management that we are simply fed up with the schedule abuse that goes on with certain groups of Flight Attendants. More has to be done to figure out how these groups are able to continually have these perfect schedules and how their ADAYS magically disappear.
We are outraged that so many of us have complained to Delta Management and are told that these groups are being looked at on an individual basis and or that they are just spending lots of time on the computers.
We know that they spend time on their computers as do we but it's funny that we are most always beaten out by them for swaps. They likely have a program because there have been instances where Flight Attendants have been called to swap for a schedule that hasn't been released yet. This is a breach of security and information. (Inside job? How would they know if a person was on a trip that the schedule wasn't released and this person already had a restricted schedule. How did they know her phone number?)
There are many situations that have been brought to Delta's attention but the problem still exists.
How do you explain that many of these Flight Attendants hold 3-6 ADAYS but they disappear from their schedules and are replaced with premium high time International trips and or High time turns.
The fact is that there is a breach and all of us Flight Attendants private information is at risk.
Whatever they are doing is unethical and it's time to put it to a stop.
