WWE Legends Video Game

Over the past few years, THQ has delivered us wrestling fans some of the best wrestling games ever produced. One of the features that fans of the WWE games seem to be somewhat pleased with is the inclusion of legends. However, one of the major downfalls in the new WWE games is the lack of true legends such as Hulk Hogan, Ricky Steamboat, and Macho Man Randy Savage. Fans jumped all over the bandwagon for the concept Acclaim produced with the Legends of Wrestling games, but were easily let down do to the lack of ups the game possessed .

Over the past few day, I have been thinking of a way to cure WWE game fans cravings, and came up with the idea of creating a game based upon WWE and professional wrestling legends. Using the same game play and format that the SmackDown! series possesses, you could create a game featuring some of the things us fans of the classic era have wanted to be included in some of the past SmackDown! games such as classic arenas, classic match types, classic championships, and the counless possibilities of classic superstars.

The fans have spoken their desires on message boards and websites across the net on their displeasures with the Legends aspect of the WWE games, and now is the time to show us what you can do by bringing us a game that not only will make a lot of money from current fans who enjoy the classics, but also the former fans who will play for the nostalgic feeling of playing a video game as some of their favorite wrestlers growing up.

I have shared this idea with friends and a posted the idea on a couple of internet message boards, and the idea has gotten a good response, and I hope this petition backs up my words. Please hear us fans out and do what Acclaim failed to do properly and bring us a game that will truly deliver.
