Dear Commissioner Bud Selig,
This signed petition hereby declares Major League Baseball fan support in the name of equal opportunity to realign the Houston Astros to the American League West, where they may directly compete with the Texas Rangers, LA Angels, Oakland Athletics and Seattle Mariners. Currently the National League Central consists of six teams which compete against each other for their division title while the American League West only had four teams competing against each other. This creates unbalanced competition for National League Central teams and leaves an easier path for American League West teams. By signing this petition I support equal competition in Major League Baseball.
