The undersigned residents of Sahuarita ask Sahuarita Unified School District to NOT use the 3 million dollars raised through increased property taxes to build a small out of date pool. We ask that SUSD use the 3 million to build a pool, not a pool and a fancy locker room. We ask SUSD to build a 25 yard X 50 meter pool adjacent to a school with existing locker rooms. We ask SUSD to NOT build a pool no larger than the previous pool built before Sahuarita experienced tremendous growth. We ask SUSD to build a 25 yard X 50 meter pool that will be capable of year round use. We do not want a small pool that will sit idle for 6 months out of the year.
We respectfully ask SUSD to NOT waste our tax dollars.
