We, the undersigned condemn the existence of the nine dog Farkas puppy mill at 3267 Moffat Rd, Newcastle, Ontario. The reputation of the Municipality of Clarington is at stake by reflecting poorly on the municipalities ethics in regards to issues of animal welfare, environmental degradation and kennel bylaw avoidance. Action by the municipality must be taken to ensure that cruelty, environmental issues and necessary bylaws be enforced and upheld.
