Abaixo-assinado ao Congresso Nacional para retirada do ar do Programa Big Brother Brasil

Nós abaixo-assinados servimo-nos do presente para requerer ao Excelentíssimo Sr. Presidente da Câmara dos Deputados, Dr. Arlindo Chinaglia, as providências necessárias para a ordem de retirada do ar do Programa Big Brother Brasil, da Rede Globo de Televisão, observando os princípios da Constituição Brasileira, conforme o artigo IV, Seção II, inciso XII, onde trata das atribuições do Congresso Nacional sobre Telecomunicações e Radiodifusão, observando também os princípios da Constituição Brasileira, em seu Capítulo V, inciso II, conforme diz: estabelecer os meios legais que garantam à pessoa e à família a possibilidade de se defenderem de programas ou programações de rádio e televisão que contrariem o disposto no art. 221 em seu inciso IV, conforme diz, respeito aos valores éticos e sociais da pessoa e da família. Desta forma, entendemos que este tipo de programação, fere os princípios morais e constituem crime contra a sociedade e os bons costumes.
