Access to Rapidshare for BT/NTL users

We hereby petition BT and NTL to remove their cache servers so that their users can access files hosted by Rapidshare (www.rapidshare.de). It is within the power of BT and NTL to rectify this issue for their subscribers and we demand that they do this so that it is not necessary to move to another Internet Service Provider who allows access to such sites.
