Afschaffing GAS-boetes

Gas-boetes kosten meer dan dat ze opbrengen, niet alleen financieel. We hebben allemaal al voorbeelden gehoord, gelezen. Een GAS-boete omdat je je broodje op de stoep van de kerk aan het eten bent, omdat je als armoedeorganisatie een affiche hebt gehangen waar er al van de Stad zelf hangen en ga zo maar voort. GAS-boetes kosten 2 keer meer dan ze opbrengen. Overlast in welke vorm dan ook moet niet bestreden worden door geldboetes.
