Against Georgia House Bill 221

We, the undersigned, urge you to oppose House Bill 221. It is our belief that the bill is unfair and detrimental to the welfare of Georgias children. The bill as written does not represent an equitable formula and needs to be revised. This bill will lower child support payments, increase the expenses of the custodial parent, and provide benefits highly favorable to the non-custodial parent.
