We the people of Oregon hereby petition the Oregon Legislative Assembly to amend RVS609.010 to include the following language; The State of Oregon recognizes that dogs are personal property. No city, county, or state authority shall restrict, or prohibit the ownership of dogs by breed, or by physical description. No breed of dog, or mixed breed of dog is inherently potentially dangerous, or dangerous. All Oregon dog owners will be treated equally under the law.
