1) stop the torture of animals by seeking a mandatory death penalty for all adults in the usa (ages 18 and above) who torture and neglect domestic house pets.
2) immediately have the u.s. federal government shutdown all colleges and universities the receive shelter animals for the sole purpose of using then in laboratory experiments.
