As AOL members and Gay and Lesbian Youth users, we are writing in hope to change your mind of the closure of Gay and Lesbian Youth community. We believe that this chat room has helped many teens seek support that cant get offline
You Say: "On monitoring the usage and content of both this message board, and the Gay Youth chat room, we no longer think providing these are the best way to achieve this."
When exploring AOL we found several chat rooms that are hardly used including
- Buffy Chat
- Beauty Chat
- Central Perk UK
- Chocoholics Chat
- Collectors Chat UK
- DIY Chat
- Food Chat
- Live 8 UK
- Monarchy Chat
- New Generation Chat
and the list goes on.
The Chat room and Message board would be use if they were listed along with other teen chat rooms and message boards on the AOL Teens Welcome page.
We urge you not to close a vital support for GLBT teens on AOL down.
