Dear Mr Pentecost we are writing to you in regards to the phenomenal shipping charges that have been applied to getting orders shipped to Australia. I would like to address several issues regarding this. 1. $30 postage onto an order for 1 box of Ultimate Body Applicators gives a total of $89.00, which is $5 more than what loyal customers were previously paying.We find this is an unacceptable way of doing business as that is not what we in Australia were promised. 2. This strategic money making move on behalf of the company is not going down well with distributors and loyal customers alike. Therefore it is going to cost us business, you business and cause many distributors to pull the pin on what was supposed to be a totally awesome business opportunity. 3. Why have we not got the opportunity to use FEDEX and have our parcels at the original $10 postage? In all honesty there is no possible way it would or should cost $30 for a box of wraps that weighs less than 500 grams. 4. It is also my understanding that by increasing the shipping charges under Australian Law this now makes All loyal customer contracts Null and Void as they signed knowing that the shipping was $10.00 and not $30.00 there has been no fore warning of shipping increases to Australian distributors or loyal customers. They were put up a day before we received the email informing us of ridiculous shipping charges. Currently Distributors are no longer willing to sell the products due to the astronomical shipping charges, as they are costing more than what we were originally paying, also loyal customers are no longer wanting to purchase because they feel that they are being ripped off. We are continually getting emails that are directed at US distributors, only to find that we again have not been given what we were promised.We have lost a great respect for this company as WE are also of the opinion that we are being ripped off and not received what we were promised in a web cast. We were promised US prices and free shipping now we find out that we get US prices but charged astronomical shipping charges. WE ARE LOSING PROMOTIONS CUSTOMERS AND SALES HELP US BELIEVE ALL THAT THIS COMPANY STANDS FOR It would be greatly appreciated to have a quick and efficient reply addressing this issue instead of getting some reply that in no way addresses the issue. If the shipping charges are to stay you can be assured that you will lose great amounts of business from Australia starting with myself, my loyal customers and my downline.
