This is a petition for a complete review of the Workers Comp. act and an audit into the practices of weeding people out of benefits by dragging out claims for long periods and making decisions based on what is best for employers and has the smallest payouts for compo. The practices in place in no way stop fraudulent claims but do ruin tens of thousands of lives. How many workers need to lose everything and end up on the streets?
