Ban 12-year olds from steam

As a concerned DoD player I have noticed that many of the most annoying players are 12 year olds that should be playing with action figures instead of corrupting my gaming experience. While in DoD this amounts to excessive MGing, high-pitched ranting on mics, and camping corners, in CS I'm sure it amounts to other things such as running around with a name like calling half the server racist terms and saying "pwn n00bs" a whole lot.

I believe that the quality of our service could be greatly improved if valve were to ban all twelve year olds (and younger) from using steam. By signing this petition you agree with me that prepubescent children that still believe in the easter bunny do not belong online, and in fact probably should be shipped off to military camp.
