Ban the Obscenity Law

I strongly believe that the Obscenity Law conflicts article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Article 19 is the right to speak freely with no form of censorship, or limitation. Obscenity law gives police the right to charge, and arrest the author of any written word article that they deem obscene. We have the right to freedom of speech, and the Obscenity Law should be banned outright.
