It has recently come to the attention of worldwide consumers that your electronics retail chain has been gouging its consumer base of hard-earned money by needlessly charging higher than suggested retail prices for particular items, specifically, accessories related to the Xbox 360 home video game console.

With Halo 3s release on the horizon, it is to no one's shock that Best Buy, like all other consumer electronic retailers, is expecting a heavy flow of consumers interested in buying Xbox 360 consoles and accessories. While your competitors are pricing all Xbox 360 accessories at MSRP, your stores are charging prices that average $2-4 more than the Suggested Retail Price on Microsoft's own website.

The idea that your loyal consumer base has been paying more for items that they could have just as easily purchased for less at one of your competitors is unacceptable.

We, the Undersigned, have but one request: Best Buy will immediately begin selling ALL of its items at suggested retail price. As a corporation that has prided itself in the past for its excellent customer service and care, we see it as your obligation to provide your customers with the best choices by offering fair or better prices than your competitors.
