The purpose of this petition is to request the Fulton County Board of Commissioners to NOT approve the zoning modifications sought under case number 1998U 0064 and 1998VC 0212 NFC to modify condition 3.e. to allow lighting of the outdoor soccer fields on property located in land lots 737 and 738 of the 2nd district, 2nd section of Fulton County Georgia.
Respected Sirs and Ladies,
We write to you as adjacent property owners of the above mentioned land lots to express our gravest concern on the approval being sought for rezoning to allow lights in the open soccer fields. As an owner of a residential property in the Triple Crown subdivision, adjacent to the soccer field, the consequences will be only adversary.
As a constituent, I urge you all to consider the potential damage to our property values and what would be major alteration to the rural environment and life style that we all invested heavily in to preserve for years.
You have made a valuable and good representation of the citizens of Fulton and urge as a tax payer and voter to deny the effort to change the zoning requirements that will allow the installation of lighting systems at Stars Soccer Field.
