boycott temp agencies

temp agencies rediuce wages across the board, and discriminate by asking for, criminal,credit ,driving,and soon to be added dna tests.

temp agencies give zero holidays,prevent people from aquiring full time jobs,and have zero protection from wrongful dismissals and operating practices that harn the temp workers under thier control.

today we have millions world wide losing jobs to outsourcing which reduces the jobs we and our children will be afforded in the future.

temp jobs allow companies to barter ,and reduce wages until evetyone is getting paid minimum wage.

twemp agencies continually reduce the hourly wages in order to aquire as many icontracts as possible.

this practice affecting our very lives and futures.

temp agencies working under the guise of private are funded with governmental influence to decreases the amount of money payable to the unemployed.

the less you earn ,the less U.I.C. has to pay you.

ANDthe less you work in a year ,the shorter your U.I.C.amount payable becomes.

once you recieved over 40 weeks and if you easrned high wouldget the maximum related to that wage.

now if you are lucky you get 4-10 weeks at a job and yuor let go because you were late one day.

companies today will call dozens of agencies until they get one that will pay what THEYwant to pay.-

and keep going till they do.

then the word gets around that therate here is less than there and before you know it the wage is now set two dollars an hour lower than last week.

lets stop jobs paying 18 dollars an hour from dropping to 10.

lets stop  the agencies from reducing us to mere cattle for hire at any rate!
