It has come to our attention that you are not using the show's greatest actress at all this season.
Emmy nominated actress & director Laura Innes has been deeply missed this season and pretty much since Season 7.
Since Season 7, she has not had a single storyline that has done her justice (with the possible exception of AldermanGate)
The writers have not know what the hell to do with her. Since having her enter a lesbian relationship with Dr. Kimberly Legaspi, viewers thought this could be the start of something beautiful, but with the departure of that storyline, you have not know what to do with her.
She has been reduced to a guest role since Season 9, and us Kerry Weaver fans will not stand for it.
Laura is a talented actress who ranks up there with the likes of Allison Janney, Edie Falco and Frances Conroy and she deserves a lot more then what your pathetic writing staff are offering her.
Wise up and realise Laura is THE best thing on ER, dont let a great character like Kerry Weaver fade away...
