We believe IKEA is overlooking a tremendous revenue opportunity by not planning a new store development for Phoenix, Arizona.

The weather here provides a compelling reason to build. Every mall in the area is packed to the gills with shoppers -- and not just on weekends. And people who have moved to Phoenix from an area with an IKEA fondly remember doing just that at their old IKEA.
