This is a petition or request form, for VWOA(Volkswagen of America) to bring their popular VW Polo to North America(United States AND Canada).
Previously there might not have been a market for such efficient small cars in North America, but with gas prices now over $2 in the U.S.(I know their higher elsewhere) Americans are looking at smaller cars for the first time. Honda, Toyota, Scion, and Mazda are all answering that call and it's time for VW to get aggressive.
