Cellco Partnership is proposing to construct a 150 foot (15 story) cellphone tower on a 50 acre parcel located off of Route 198. The purpose of their construction proposal is to improve cellular phone coverage for the Route 198 and Route 197 areas. This a rural area with no commercial areas.
