Challenge of Presidential Election "Fraud" in Florida

Elections shall be free of fraud! The "will of the people" must prevail!

The votes of all registered voters who were legally entitled to vote and/or voted must be counted!

I, the undersigned, wish to become a Plaintiff and/or "Friend of the Court" (amicus curiae) in the Class Action lawsuit(s) challenging the fraudulent election in The State of Florida for President on November 7, 2000, which resulted in the illegal certification of votes for George W. Bush and Richard Cheney by Secretary of State Katherine Harris.

All Gore voters - especially in states in which Gore won - were effectively disenfranchised by the fraudulent electoral process and "selection, not election" of Bush in Florida. This was due to an unconstitutional electoral process in Florida with systemic equal protection and due process violations with differing voting procedures per county, legal votes left uncounted, three (3) Justices of The Supreme Court of the United States violating their duty to "recuse" themselves, and the "voter intent" clause in Florida law which clearly indicated Al Gore won Florida.

Therefore, I request the Honorable Court to overturn the Florida election returns because of "fraud" and declare Al Gore and Joe Lieberman the winners of The State of Florida and accordingly, The President and Vice President of The United States of America and all other remedies that the Court deems appropriate.

I am a registered voter in the state indicated next to my name and I want justice to prevail in the Florida and United States election results.
