Change Valve Anti Cheat system to BLOCK cheaters

To change Steam's vac ban system. Change it from a delayed ban (2 - weeks delay), as the system works at present, towards an imediate block. It's all about results and games which use an imediate block of cheaters, do not have as many cheaters playing.
Vac system allows cheaters to carry on for weeks so, frustration is encountered and some players ar tempted to start to cheat as well. when the ban finally comes up, people are forced to re-buy the game. The only argument steam puts up for the delayed ban is 'to create confusion towards the cheater so he doesn't know what cheat engendered the ban".
The most obvious reason is that they do not care about the comunity and just about profit. Vac is a wolf in sheep's clothing: It should be about empeaching cheaters to ruin the game for other players, but it's really designed to generate more profit.
By signing this petition we ask Valve to change the vac system to immediately block cheating players (in analogy to punkbuster). Vac can detect cheats, so why the delay? or the ban? Just block!
