Chemtrails: Worldwide Phenomena Happening in Long Island, Nationwide, & Global Skies

This petition for Chemtrail Awareness and Investigation is a petition in the truest sense of the word: It is a request, an appeal. This appeal is directed at publicly funded agencies of accountability including but not limited to: The Environmental Protection Agency, The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, The New York State Department of Health, The US Department of Health and Human Services, The Suffolk County Board of Health as well as those institutions and organizations that have chosen taking on the task of breaking news to the public, and finally it requests that the Long Island community come together to raise awareness, investigate further, and take positive actions surrounding the issue.

*The requests presented here are not limited to the Long Island community. They are extended to any fellow human being that desires to contribute to what has been set forth in this appeal.

We use the term chemtrails in this document to mean Geoengineering-Large scale manipulation of the earths climate to counteract anthropogenic (caused or produced by humans) climate change (The Royal Society 2009 report titled Geoengineering: Science, Governance, and Uncertainty). The term chemtrails first appeared publicly in H.R.2977, the Space Preservation Act of 2001 put forth by U.S. Representive Dennis Kucinich. In an attempt to ban space based weapons chemtrails were listed as part of a body of exotic weapons systems. This term is now widely used to describe the persistent, expansive, far reaching white trails that scar the skies on a regular basis (usually every 2 to 3 days, sometimes more often).

What are called chemtrails, also go by the terms, geoengineering contrails, chemical contrails, stratospheric aerosols, aerosol programs, and aerosol injections. Top geoengineering scientists propose injecting 10 to 20 million tons of aluminum into the atmosphere to create a reflective surface around the earth, bouncing sunlight back into space, cooling the planet and inhibiting the effects of climate change.

Although government and climate change scientists deny that any such operations or experiments have been deployed, the global population is increasingly witnessing activity in the skies that match the details outlined in scientific reports and United States patents for geoengineering technologies. In addition, aluminum on the ground, in the waters, and in the air is showing up in amounts that far exceed current maximum EPA and state levels. These results are turning up on Long Island, across the United States,and globally.

Preliminary testing on Long Island shows levels that exceed EPA maximums by the hundreds. In California the levels of aluminum are astronomically high in comparison to the state and EPA maximum. We know aluminum and some of the other metals being found in large quantities like barium are hazardous to biological systems. In high amounts they degrade and deteriorate the brain, the nervous system, contribute to cancers, respiratory illnesses and a depressed immune system.

It is time to examine the overwhelming evidence accumulated by the global population, nationwide across the US, and right here in our community, Long Island New York.

*We declare our birthright to clean, healthy air, water, and soil and the right to maintain the health and integrity of such life support systems.

*We declare ourselves in charge of the health of our own bodies. These amounts of aluminum (as well as other toxins) are detrimental to the health of human, animal, plant and microscopic bodies and we reserve the right to expose and transform any such acts that pose danger to our health and the health of the planet at large.

*We declare our birthright of freedom from suspected covert government or global government experimentation and/or full blown operations on the population and request disclosure about it.

*We declare our birthright to free flow of knowledge and information that directly impacts us and the world environment we dwell in.

*We declare it is our time to know where these metals are coming from, to investigate and discover the source of funding for such large scale activity, and to hold those responsible for these activities accountable.

*And finally we declare that we hold our institutions of accountability, accountable now and moving forward for upholding that which they have committed to. We request that these geoengineering activities taking place in our skies be halted immediately, that the agencies listed below act within their scope of power for the betterment of humanity and the environment and place these two things above current special interests and above the demands of the established order.

Institutions of accountability include but are not limited to:

*The United States Environmental Protection Agency
*The US Department of Health and Human Services
*The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation
*The Suffolk County Board of Health
*The United States Legislative, Executive, and Judiciary branches of government
*Any and all STATE FUNDED universities and colleges
*Any and all News Media including but not limited to: News 12 Long Island, Newsday, the Long Island Press and the NYC News Channels, papers, and magazines.
*Any and all campaigns for the environment, this issue has the capacity to trump current environmental concerns as it is dangerously affecting ALL life support systems needed for the sustenance and continuation of human and other life.
*And finally, we hold ourselves accountable-we as a collective populace must also be responsible for the well being of our own health, the health of our children, and the health of the precious life support systems of this planet. And by taking the action of signing this petition, we assume the first step in taking charge of the state of our current destructive affairs.

In coming together and working together we WILL make a difference. And, if it is for the highest good of all life, may these declarations quickly come to full fruition and these requests be fully met.
