Citizens Revolt Against Super Graphics' in Los Angeles

We are opposed to the installation of Super Graphics' on commercial building structures in the City of Los Angeles. Super Graphics' generally festers greed -- and greed replaces safety, civil rights and liberties, and an unpolluted environment.
If super graphics' are to be placed on commercial buildings and structures, then they should be:
1. Inspected by the fire department and deemed not to be a fire hazard.
2. Inspected by the department of building and safety and deemed not to be a safety hazard.
3. Approved by the tenants and positioned not to affect the tenants view.
4. Approved by the citizens in the neighborhood that is impacted.
