WHEREAS: The Honourable Justice Anne McFadyen and her husband, prominent Family Law Lawyer, Mr. George F. McFadyen work in the same Non-Unified Sarnia-Lambton Court House which is a glaring, negligent, "Conflict of Interest" that contributes exponentially to the Family Law Crisis in Sarnia-Lambton. We respectfully request the MPP Bob Bailey address directly this blatant "Conflict of Interest": Judge-Lawyer, Wife-Husband working in the same Sarnia-Lambton Court House.

Challenge the Attorney General of Ontario to investigate and end the glaring "Conflict of Interest" that exists in the Sarnia-Lambton Court House whereby Justice Anne McFadyen is a sitting Judge in the Ontario Court of Justice and her husband Mr. George F. McFadyen is a prominent, practicing Family Law Lawyer.
