The undersigned are congregants and members in good standing of Temple Beth El. We understand that Rabbi Hammerman's contract expires June 30, 2008, and that no decision has been finalized with respect to renewing his contract.
We recognize that the Board is authorized to vote on the Rabbi's contract renewal and believe the Board vote should reflect the views of the majority of the congregation. We express confidence in Rabbi Hammerman - he has been Temple Beth El's spiritual leader for 20 years, and it is our desire that he should continue to be our Rabbi.
We support the renewal of Rabbi Hammerman's contract and urge you to vote IN
FAVOR OF RENEWAL.
