Cut It Joe!

Dear people that know of Joseph W, You may know that Joseph has been recently complaining about his lack of love life. He also recently asked people to give suggestions. This is the petition for supporters or him cutting it (and I don't mean a trim, I mean proper cut, like he used to have it). Oh and this also includes him washing, brushing, and generally taking good care of his hair, once it has been cut. Feel free to jeer him in the street until he gets it cut.
