Decleration of Non-Performance of Government

Whereas the U.S. government has failed to pass a budget equitable to U.S.. Whereas the Congress and President have threatened to shutdown all government operations on or around Friday, April 7, 2011. Whereas the people of these United States of America do not accept the ultimatums coming from the Presidents office or the Houses of Congress as acceptable. The People of these Unitted States of America execute the powers vested in them by the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence to override the powers of the Federal Government with that of the Public Consent of the People. The Authority to Shutdown government by the Executive and Legislative branches is hereby rejected by the people. Effective immediately, We the people, hereby order the offices of the Executive and Legislative branches (President, Vice-President, Both Houses of Congress, etc.) to instead work without a salary for the next 90 days in order to balance the budget so that at least 98% of U.S. citizens are capable of economic independence.
