We the undersigned believe that Lee Lainez TDCJ ID #00879008 should not be granted parole for the murder of Keith Crisp and attempted murder of 2 others on 11 March 1997.
Lee Lainez committed a heinous crime, unprovoked and without remorse. He shot to death a young man and attempted to murder 2 others. Lee Lainez took the life of a young man that was fresh out of high school ready to begin his life.
It is also a matter of public safety that he not be released. He should not be free to harm anyone else. Lee Lainez was sentenced to 28 years for the Murder of Keith Crisp and 15 years for the Attempted Murder of the 2 others, he began his sentence 30 Sept 1997, he hasn't even served half of his sentence. Lee Lainez should serve at least the 43 years he was sentenced to for his heinous crime of taking another persons life and attempting to take 2 others. Justice has not been served by him serving less than half of his sentence. Not only has justice not been served but there is no way he has been rehabilitated in order to be released to live peacefully in society.
Please do not let this man back on the streets.

Lee Laniz should not be let out of prison. He hasn't been in there long enough to change if he ever does. He is a brutal murderer & not safe to be out.Please hear the pleas from family & friends of Keith Crisp & keep him locked up. Thanks
