Diablo 2 players are tired of Battle.net's poor quality these days. Even though it is an older game it is still very alive. And us loyal players are sick of every 8/10 games made lagging so bad you cant play. We are tired of never being able to join games with are characters. And we've had enough of seeing realm down.
We stuck with you, Blizzard, though StarCraft, Diablo, and Warcraft and we loved them. We've been waiting for Diablo 3 for what seems like ages even though its future looks dark. We have supported you for all this time and now it seems like you pushed us all aside to focus on WoW. We think we should be able to enjoy the game that we spent our money on. Money that we worked hard to make.
It feels like you have let the future over-shadow the great past you had and the successful games you've made. We just want a 'playable' atmosphere in Diablo. Upgrades to the Diablo 2 LoD Battle.net servers would make us all happy. Isn't that your goal? To keep your customers happy? The quality of Diablo's Battle.net servers does not make us happy. What it does do is make us lose interest in any future Blizzard developments. If you can't keep your past, highly developed over time, successes in line how can you possably hold control over new software?
In the end all we are asking is for Blizzard to throw a bone our way. Some better servers or whatever it is you need to do to get the Diablo 2 Battle.net community back to an acceptable status. We would also like to thank you for looking over this petition and considering what we have to say.
