Dump Cord

Since the once entertaining gossip blog mollygood.com, has been handed over to a new editor, namely Cord (last name withheld), the entertainment blog's daily postings have descended into hit pieces; personal vendettas; attacks on visible minorities; attacks on GLBT's; attacks on women, in particular those with feminist ideals; personal attacks on citizens of neighbouring countries; and rightwing ideology; and has moved away from presenting humorous and snarky commentary on the daily trivialities in the lives of celebrities.

[M]ollygood.com has become the personal opinion blog of it's new editor, Cord (last name withheld), moving away from humorous celebrity gossip and being more interested in passing judgment on those Cord (last name withheld), deems inferior, or amoral by his standards, thus transforming mollygood.com into a ideological soapbox, rather than a gossip blog.

As is evidenced by posts from longtime readers in the comments section of mollygood.com, comments left on Ms. Goodson's Myspace page and comments left on other celebrity gossip blogs; (popsugar.com, gawker.com, jossip.com, tmz.com, queerty.com, towerload.com), the readers of mollygood.com are neither amused, nor pleased with the "new direction" mollygood.com's editor, Cord (last name withheld), has chosen to take our once beloved gossip blog into.

Thus, we the undersigned ask mollygood.com's founder, Molly Goodson, to reconsider her appointment of Cord (last name withheld) as editor. We ask that Ms. Goodson either consider participating--whether peripherally, or otherwise--in mollygood.com's daily posts. Or, remove mollygood.com's new editor, Cord (last name withheld), from his post and replace him with a blogmaster/mistress whose writing and commentary closer resembles Ms. Goodson's and her original mollygood.com style and content.
