Bring back Dungeon Keeper
This petition is meant for the first Dungeon Keeper and the Deeper Dungeons expansion. As a lot of you Dungeon Keeper fans might know the game is not compatible with todays computers and software. The only way getting this game to work is by using dosbox or Vmware to emulate an older windows version.
The purpose of this petition is to get Electronics Arts to work on a patch and redistribute the game. Key elements are:
- Compatible with newer Windows versions up to the latest Windows 7
- Windows 64 bit support
- Preferably MAC support
- Higher and Widescreen resolution support
- Updated network support for online multiplayer
- NO CHANGES TO THE ACTUAL GAME!
* Preferably to be distributed via Steam (PC/MAC)
Electronics Arts does not think there is enough interest in this game worldwide. I think they are wrong. I think Dungeon Keeper still has a huge fanbase that would really like to relive the old days with this all time classic strategy game. A game so good, that it still manages to be superior to a lot of nowadays games.
