Exile the people who are convicted of crimes from the London, Ontario Fleming Ave Riot

In London's past, graffitti convicts have been banned from the city. There is no reason anyone who commits heninous acts of civil disobendience should continue to reside in our city. Let's send the message that violence is not acceptable in our city. This crime could occur again without strict punishment.
