Faulty Apple PowerBook G4

Apple has made a faulty product namely the PowerBook G4 and has fails to initiate a service to repair, recall the item, or replace the item without an additional fee to the consumer. The faults claimed are faulty lower RAM slots dying for no reason, and malfunctioning displays screens. These computers were a retail price for about $2000 and should not have these problems.

Lower RAM slots have been found to go bad in the PowerBook G4 in many cases. This limits the amount of available RAM that the computers are able to take. Instead of having a max of 2 GB of RAM, with a faulty lower RAM slot we are limited to 1 GB of RAM. This should be taken as a type of FALSE ADVERTISING since the user is not able to use the computer at its full potential.

Malfunctioning display screens are also showing up. The display screen is separated into thirds. Usually those with the malfunctioning displays will have the lower two thirds displaying incorrectly or failing to show the content.
