FIX THE HILLSBUS SERVICES

To: Hillsbus

We, the undersigned, are deeply concerned about the services offered by Hillsbus. We pay good enough for our bus ticket every day and we don't get a service which is worth the money.

* The buses are infrequent and are VERY often late.
* Customers are constantly forced to stand. This is ESPECIALLY DANGEROUS when the buses travel at high speed on the M2 motorway.
* Customers at later stops on the bus route are forced to stand and yet pay the same money as those at the start of the route.
* Unsafe amounts of people are boarding the buses but have no choice as the service is so unfrequent and every bus is full by the end of the journey.
* Buses drive past stops and bypass customers waiting at the stops.
* Fares are continually increasing and are not competitive with other bus companies. WHy are we paying more for the same service (and often times a shorter journey)?
* Why are there no buses after a certain time? More services are required between 8 and 10pm.

We believe that the Hillsbus is completely inadequate, and we demand that this service be improved immediately:

Hills bus requires:
1) More services - there are enough passengers, there should be more bus services,
2) Fares be competitive and comparative to other bus companies. Prices should reflect the kms and travel time and should NOT be increased regularly. Additionally, there should be some reduction for people purchasing Weekly or Return tickets - these should not equate to the same price as if the customer were to purchase single tickets.
3)Standing passengers should be reduced - this can only occur with the introduction of more services and SERVICES RUNNING ON TIME.
* Services should be on time and as per the timetable.

WE DEMAND THIS BE FIXED IMMEDIATELY!
