Fix the NY State TBI Waiver Complaint Line

Those who sign this petition call on the NY State Department of Health and the Brain Injury Association of NY State to require that anyone who files a complaint related to the state's TBI Waiver be informed of the results of their complaint - in writing - within 60 days of the day the complaint was filed.
Right now the complaint line agreement between the DOH and BIANYS does not require the complainant be told the results of their complaint and, as a result, they are never told.
