Full Implementation Of Iran Sanctions

Preamble: Recently the United States Congress has imposed
crippling sanctions on Iran. These sanctions are the strongest
sanctions ever imposed on the Iranian government. The
sanctions prevent any company that does business with Iran to
do business with the U.S. and vice versa.

To begin, it serves under U.S. security interests to impose
sanctions on Iran and therefore the U.S. congress worked to
assure that Iran would be slammed with the strongest sanctions
in their history.
Under the law the president does not have to pass 100 percent
legislation in these sanctions. Failure to pass 100 percent
legislation would leave out the banking factor. If the Banking
factor were to pass, any bank that would want to do business
with Iran would need to choose between the U.S. and Iran.
History has proven that unless Iran is confronted with full force,
they will not give in to pressure. In order to prevent a military
strike on Iran, Iran must be stopped now. The United States
has waited long enough for Iran to stop their nuclear program.
A safe, secure and peaceful Middle East is vital when it comes
to our national security and it is time Congress took a stand to
assure that the Iranian regime does not pose a threat to U.S.
interests at home and abroad. As we stand for life, liberty and
the pursuit of happiness, as our country has for so long stood
for democracy and freedom and as we stand as the role model
in the international community, its time for us to lead the way
to a world of peace and tranquility, a world of prosperity and of
opportunity.
The road to peace begins with assuring that Iran does not
fund terror that would threaten the balance of power in the
Middle East. The road to peace begins with allowing for
Iran to understand that we are done playing games and are
finished extending our deadlines. The road to peace begins
with passing one hundred percent legislation against Iran.

We the undersigned call upon The President of the United States
to pass into law one hundred percent legislation against Iran.
This legislation would allow for the banking factor to be included
in the Iran Sanctions Law.

The Objective: To prevent Iran from acquiring a Nuclear Weapons
capability and threatening the balance of power in the Middle
East.
