In recent years, Hyundai Motor Corporation has suceeded in manufacturing some of the best vehicles for value and dependability in the world. This has been shown by their jump in sales as of late, and we believe that they are doing an excellent job in this aspect.
However, with the popularity of Import vehicles due to low cost, low maintanence and great styling, another trend has emerged. People are now even more so interested in modifying their daily drivers to grab as much horsepower as they can afford, for reasons that vary from making the car more fun to drive to racing against other Imports or Domestics. It is in this area that we think Hyundai should grant the wishes of the masses.
We the undersigned, would like to see Hyundai offer as an option a factory installed turbocharger on it's 2.0 litre Beta engines and/or 2.7 litre Delta engines. We believe that this would make Hyundai the undisputed King of Sport Compacts, and given the opportunity we will support this fully. There are many of us out there who are willing and able to purchase such an option - when was the last time you went for a drive and didn't see a modified Import car of some type?
