GraphiTI Competition: Cheating is wrong

Lately the GraphiTI competition has been having very low-end, horrible designs rocketing into first place almost instantaneously while half-decent or excellent designs are all but ignored. The voting method is easy to cheat for because it's based on emails, of which anyone can find and create emails to create quick and anonymous votes. They SHOULD be, in the very least, emails sent to verify the vote.







Also the way TI presents the designs causes browsers to lock up on older computers because the designs are object-based and displaying many at once is difficult for any computer out there. This causes many designs not to be seen not because people don't browse through them, but because they CAN'T without being afraid their computer will lock up, if it doesn't already.







Although the design tool does prevent copying and provides a method that all entrants are forced to use for equal ability to present their entry, it lacks extremely important features such as Undo and Erase, that any good artist would require.
