I recently spoke with the Pennsylvania State Labor Board regarding a harassment issue where I work. The only kinds of harassments concerns they deal with are race, religion, creed, age, sex, etc. There are other forms of harassment and to only protect us from certain ones is absurd! I go to work every day with people that make my life miserable. To make it short, they talk about me, laugh at me, threaten me, try to get me fired, etc. And this was all started by a woman who is my supervisor! I have been to the owner of the company and to my complete shock he told me to deal with it and if I came to him again about the problem I would be fired! The Labor Board tells me they can not do anything for me. That is totally ridiculous! It is a form of harassment and we should be protected in the workplace against all types. Please sign this petition so we can maybe gather enough signatures and someone won't have to go through the same thing I do everyday. Thank you.

I'm happy to sign this petition. You're right. Plus how can one work, well under such conditions? You should start a law suite, if possible. If there's one certain thing that they say about you, that fits a certain kind of harrassment, get them for that.

everyone should have the right to a non hostile work environment and not be harrassed in any way by anyone, they are simply there to earn a living doing what they do and are most likely proud of. I was a boss/supervisor and I never tolerated any such abus
