Sally Heyman, Haulover Park is a uniquely structured eco-palace that has been neglected financially and environmentally. The lack of funding leaves non-directed "Beach Ops crews" to HELP. Please look at the attached photos, taken Tuesday, June 1st, shows trash left from Memorial Day weekend.
The longer the trash is on the ground the worse it is for us. The roughly 4 hours of rain today didnt help. Hopefully we can finish tomorrow.
Youll notice in one picture that the picnic tables are burnt. This is due to people putting grills on the tables and using them. In some cases this renders them useless and we have to repair them costing more money and time. "We try our best to serve our patrons."
If financial steps cannot be taken, there must be an EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM OR SIGNAGE IMPLEMENTED!
