HP Solution Center software bug under Vista

We, the customers Hewlett Packard who have bought scanners and multi-function printer/scanners across your whole range, hereby request that you fix the bug in your "Solution Center" scanning software that is currently preventing document scanning from working under Windows Vista.
When Microsft tablet functionality is activated (a default for Windows Vista), we are unable to use our HP scanners as advertised. The error "HpqScnVw.exe has stopped working" appears instead.
We would like you to do the following:
1) Acknowledge that there is a problem with your software, rather than keep telling us to re-install our software and/or operating systems.
2) Fix the bug in your software.
3) Keep us up to date with the progress of the fix.
