We the undersigned strongly oppose the intrusion into our private lives, the constant harrasment, bullying and vicious compaign of frivilous criminal/civil citations.
We demand that James Armbruster be removed from office and that the borough council be replaced with responsible government.
Furthermore, Penbrook Borough has demonstrated it's ineptude to manage a fair rental property ordinance, and this must be repealled.
