Inhuman and injustice work- Burying alive Child -No FIR registered till date

At morning about 6 am on dated 7-10-2011 a alive newly born baby was found on the garbage in village Ujarai, police station Kagarol, Distt. Agra(Uttar Pradesh) . when the baby was crying some villagers gathered around them. One strong person having good political background of the village Mr. Chandraban came and lift the child and to bury alive by digging a pit and cover up with mud with the help of his supporter and panchyat members(including gram Pradhan and others) and declared that it is my family matter if anybody inform to police, I will kill him. It is the matter of owner killing. This inhuman and injustice work was reported to police station Kagarol and DIG Agra by Mr. Mohar Singh and Vijay Kumar on dated 14.10.2011 and 3.11.2011 and news published in local news papers but police administration have not been taken any action against the culprits and not registered any F.I.R. so far and not taking any action to post mortem of the said baby for identifying the truth. Police working in collusion and Connivance with the culprits and threatening to complainers
